You answer questions about your goals, medical history and any medication you take. Nothing is shared outside your care team.

A clinician reviews it
A registered prescriber reads your answers, may message you for detail, and then approves, adjusts or declines a plan. Usually within 24 hours.

Your treatment ships
Free tracked delivery in unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside says what is inside or who sent it.

Ongoing check-ins
We check in at 90 days to see how it is going, and you can change dose, pause or cancel from your account at any point.
Questions we get a lot
Is this a subscription?
Most treatments ship monthly so you never run out, but you can skip, pause or cancel any time with no fee.
What if I'm declined?
You are never charged for a treatment a clinician does not approve, and they will explain why and suggest alternatives.
How private is it?
Packaging is plain and unbranded, and your consultation is only visible to the clinicians involved in your care.
